We feel personal contact is best, since all of our items of wearable art are custom made and we want to be sure that you are satisfied with any item we design for you or if you order an existing item, that you will receive the specific item that you have chosen.
We ship most orders in 1-4 business days.
We use all the major mail carriers to ship orders including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page. For more information.
Standard Shipping: Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day they are ordered.
Expedited Shipping: We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for many items. Expedited shipping is not available for items shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.
PO Box Shipping: Most items can be shipped to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will contact you to provide a physical shipping address.
APO/FPO Shipping: Most items can be shipped to APO/FPO destinations. Items are usually delivered to the US military post office within 5-10 business days after they ship.

If within 2 weeks of receipt you are dissatisfied with any item, we will Refund/Exchange or exchange that item. Just mail the item back in the original condition, and we will refund your purchase price or exchange the item. Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
